Your MUN Login password is the password you use to access services such as the MUN portal – my.mun.ca, MUN Webmail, Google Apps for Education MUNmail and D2L.
Your MUN login password will expire every six months. Approximately 28 days prior to expiry you will receve a notification from the C&C Service Desk - email@example.com - indicating that your password is expiring. If you do not change your password you will receive subsequent notifications 21 days, 14 days and 7 days prior to password expiry. On the final 7 days you will receive notification every day until the password expires.
*Avoiding account locks after a password reset*
If you have your MUN Webmail or Google Apps for Education MUNmail account configured on your mobile device (iPod Touch, iPhone, iPad, Android phone/tablet, etc.) it stores a copy of your MUN Login password. Before changing your MUN Login password we strongly recommend that you turn off your mobile device or switch to a non-transmitting mode (e.g., Airplane Mode). After you have changed your password you must change it on all the devices that use your MUN Email account. Failure to do this will cause your MUN Email account to become locked and you will have to contact the C&C Service Desk - (709) 864-4595 - to have it unlocked.

You have two options for changing your MUN Login password:
Option 1 - At the MUN Portal http://my.mun.ca
Go to my.mun.ca, log in if not already logged in, choose the link on the top right of the page: "Change MUN Login Password".
Option 2 - At https://login.mun.ca
Go to login.mun.ca, log in if not already logged in, under the section "Manage My Account" select "Change Password".
