Network Service Disruption - Arts Bldg - Oct 25, 2011
C&C would like to report that we experienced a brief service disrution affecting network connectivity in the Arts Bldg this afternoon. Services impacted included:
- VoIP (Cisco) phones
- wireless internet
- network services
Outage was reported to the Service Desk shortly before 1:00 PM. Incident was resolved at approximately 1:10 PM.
