Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies
This journal, published by Carfax Publishing Limited, has existed under its old title New
Community since 1971. As migration and ethnic studies have become of increasing
relevance at a global level, the journal has evolved to take account of this new reality.
The journal has acquired Associate Editors in North America and the Asia-Pacific region
and changed its name to emphasize its subject matter more clearly to
readers.
The journal will continue to publish the results of first class research on all forms of migration and its consequences, together with articles on ethnic conflict, discrimination, racism, nationalism, citizenship and policies of integration. Contributions to the journal, which are fully referred by independent scientific specialists, are especially welcome when they report on comparative research. Contributions are invited from any branch of the social sciences, and the results of inter-disciplinary research are of particular interest.

Social Development Issues
