Critical Incidents In and Out of the Classroom



On August 1, 2000, the Anti-racist Training and Materials Project team presented Anti-racist Training & Materials for Social Work Education in Canadian Schools. It was a Colloquia presented at the Joint Conference of the International Federation of Social Workers and the International Association of Schools of Social Work in Montréal, Québec, Canada. Eight themes were presented including Critical Incidents In and Out of the Classroom.

Critical Incidents In and Out of the Classroom was presented by JoAnne Zamparo and Roopchand Seebaran. It featured two scenarios and was designed to be an interactive experience for participants. The two scenarios listed below are available in both English and French. Questions and Strategies to consider while utilizing these scenarios are also included.
