TO BECOME A VOLUNTEER:

When you sign-up as a volunteer, there are three membership categories to choose from:

1. New Membership:

If you wish to become a volunteer and are joining the Friends for the first time, the following must be submitted:

- New FOG Membership Form
- Volunteer Interests & Waiver Agreement

(Please note: A New FOG Membership must be purchased when joining the Friends for the first time).

2. Renewing Membership:

If you wish to become a volunteer and you have previously joined the Friends, you can renew as a volunteer by submitting the following:

- FOG Membership Renewal Form
- Volunteer Interests & Waiver Agreement

3. Student Membership:

If you are attending an educational institution on a full-time basis and you are joining the Friends for the first time, please submit the following:

- Student Membership Form

(the volunteer waiver information is included with this form).

Due to insurance requirements, all volunteers must submit the required forms.
