Thermal Cycler
A thermal cycler
is a computer-controlled heating block, capable of rapidly heating or
cooling a set of up to 396 0.25ml test-tube reactions at >1oC

sec. The thermal cycler can be
programmed to execute a complex series of temperature changes,
according to the demands of the particular PCR experiment.
