Trajectory of neutral alleles in multiple populations

    Ten replicates of N = 100 @, starting at fA = 0.5. Note that A is either fixed or lost in all cases in the first 500 generations. In the example, five replicates go to loss (fA = 0.0, off the bottom) and five go to fixation (fA = 1.0, off the top). As before, if fA(0) = u, the expectation of fixation is 1 / u.
