Flights
Participants flying into St. John's may contact us for suggestions on local accommodations. We will make arrangements to receive you at the airport and take you to your prearranged location.
For travel as part of the In the Footsteps of a Regiment, group flights will be booked round trip from St. John's, and included in the full price of the trip.

Depart Halifax 23 April at 1135pm arrive London 935am
Depart London 05 May at 1205pm arrive Halifax 240pm
Depart Halifax 05 May at 515pm arrive St Johns 712pm.

Meals
Please advise us of any dietary restrictions when you complete the registration form.
When determining how much to budget for meals that are not included in the program, please consider your flight times, your stay in St. John's and Harlow, traveling on the ferry, and on the Coach throughout France.
We have provided a meal guide that indicates the inclusive itinerary of meals.
There will be opportunities for you to sample local cuisine and we will be happy to make those reservations for you as you tour the region.
Accommodations
Out-of-town participants must make their own arrangements for
staying in St. John's prior to departure for the U.K., and upon
return to Canada. Please visit the city of St. John's website for
a
business directory of accommodations in town.
Our accommodations at Memorial's Harlow Campus for four nights (April 24th - 27th, inclusive) consist of 13 standard (singles) and 6 double occupancy rooms. Please indicate if you have a preference on your registration form.
For the portion of the trip in France and Belgium you will stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Arras and the Novotel in the centre of Ieper (Ypres).
The evening before your departure will be spent in a Hotel near
Heathrow airport.
