Flights
Participants flying into St. John's may contact us for suggestions on local accommodations. We will make arrangements to receive you at the airport and take you to your prearranged location.
For travel as part of the Germany "From Caves to Cathedrals", group flights will be booked round trip from St. John's, and included in the full price of the journey.

- Depart Toronto 04 May at 530 pm arrive Frankfurt 700 am
- Depart Frankfurt 15 May at 215 pm arrive Ottawa 445 pm
- Depart Ottawa 15 May at 630 pm arrive St Johns 1030 pm.

Itinerary will be updated and communicated to participants
accordingly.
Ground Transportation
A private coach will transport participants throughout Germany (double check). An English speaking guide will accompany the group at all times.
Meals
Please advise us of any dietary restrictions when you complete the registration form.
When determining how much to budget for meals that are not included in the program, please consider your flight and connecting times, the season, and the length of activity throughout the day and evening. Our private coach trips between destinations are relatively short in duration.

Accommodations
Out-of-town participants must make their own arrangements for staying in St. John's prior to departure for Germany and upon return to Canada.
You will be staying at quality hotels throughout your journey. All hotel rooms are based on double occupancy.
