Graduate Student Paper Competition
All graduate students presenting papers at Exploring New World Transitions are invited to submit their papers for our Graduate Student Paper Competition. The best paper will be recognized at our opening Plenary Session with a book prize and an invitation to publish in the conference collection we are planning with SPMA.
Please submit your text, double spaced and clearly identified with your name and paper title, as a Word, RTF or PDF attachment, to Peter Pope <ppope@mun.ca>, who will pass it on to the Award Committee.

Poster Session
We are inviting all registered delegates to the conference to consider mounting a poster presentation in our book room. This could complement or or add to a session presentation or could be stand alone. Please contact Peter Pope <ppope@mun.ca> to discuss.

Saturday afternoon, 19 June -- Study tours of Ferryland and Cupids.
Saturday evening, 19 June -- Conference banquet at Gushue Hall
Sunday, 20 June -- Bus tour of Signal Hill, St. John's and Cape Spear
Post-conference excursion
Monday-Friday, 21-25 Post-conference excursion to L'Anse-aux-Meadows,
Red Bay, Battle Harbour and the French Shore. For details please see Registration.
