Changes to Campus Card
Memorial University's Campus Card Program has been upgraded to a web based system for managing funds.
The new system now stores funds in an online account which can be accessed and managed from any computer with an internet connection. Users are required to read the terms and conditions associated with their online account prior to utlizing the online system. By using the online system, users agree that they have read and understood the terms and conditions.
As of August 31, 2012 all financial transactions using the campus card, such as photocopying and printing, now use the magnetic strip on the back of the card instead of the chip.
Parking and door access for all users remain completely functional and are not impacted by the upgrade.
Please note that all current campus cards remain entirely functional with the new system. Cards with chips will simply no longer use the chip, but the magnetic strip instead.
Have funds stored in your card's chip?
