Researching Hypertension
For the past 20 years, Dr. Sudesh Vasdev, Faculty of Medicine, has been researching high blood pressure, or hypertension. It's a disease that affects more than 24 million people in North America, and puts these people at greater risk of strokes, heart disease and kidney failure.
